Philanthropy week

As part of our efforts to support the Sunflower Mission, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, Houston based group that helps provide education to underprivileged youth in Southeast Asia (primarily Vietnam), the brothers of Tau Kappa Omega will be holding the following events as part of its Fall 2014 Philanthropy Week: Starting from the Roots:

- Ongoing raffle sales for a 42" 1080p LED TV and various gift cards (sold by any representative of Tau Kappa Omega either at our booth in OMU (11-1, 10/9, 10/13-10/16) or in person elsewhere). $1 each, with quantity discounts.

- Ongoing shirt sales ($10).

- Field Trip: Skate Night: Tuesday, October 14th, 7:00-9:00 PM reserved event at Star Skate - 2020 W Lindsey St. $5 skate rental. Free pizza!

- Recess: Game Night/Informational: Wednesday, October 15th, 6:00-7:00 PM Henderson Tolson Cultural Center. Free cookies/cupcakes and juice boxes and compete for prizes in indoor recess-style board/card games.

- Snacktime: Chipotle: Thursday, October 16th, 5-9 PM, Chipotle Mexican Grill at the location on 1641 24th Ave NW (not the Campus Corner location).

- Raffle Drawing: Friday, October 17th, 5:00 PM Wagner Hall, 1st floor.
